James is a Western Canadian based Real Estate Investor.
I’ve spent most of my business career leading and consulting companies in the technology and marketing industries while creating time for my passion for real estate investment projects.
I’ve had many positive outcomes with Real Estate. My hi-lites include:
- Purchasing, sub-dividing and developing acreage property in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia.
- Joint ventured on the acquisition and lease of industrial land, Northern British Columbia.
- Project Managed the building of a log home for long term lease, Lower Mainland British Columbia.
- Purchasing and leasing condominiums and residential homes in the Lower Mainland as well as resort towns such as Whistler and Big White in Kelowna.
- Negotiated and signed commercial leases, worked with property managers, contractors and long term tenants.
Personally, I’m not one to sit still as I’ve played competitive individual and team sports since I was 6 years old. I’ve completed a number of multi distance races including 2 x Ironman Canada triathlons. Today keep active hiking and riding in the Valley trails.
